Cancellation Policy

1. Right of cancellation

As a digital service subscriber, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel in two ways:

• From your account: Login → Subscriptions → Cancel subscription button next to the camera
• By email: Send a cancellation request to contact@camsmtp.com with subject "Cancel subscription" and your email address

3. Effects of cancellation

After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, the SMTP account is deactivated and photos will no longer be forwarded. Your data (photos, logs) is kept for 30 days before deletion.

4. Refund policy

Given the digital nature of the service and the immediate access granted upon payment, refunds are not provided for the current billing period. Exceptions may apply in cases of prolonged service unavailability (more than 48 consecutive hours) attributable to BC INCREDIBLE I.T. SRL.

5. Cancellation during trial

During the free trial period, you can cancel at any time without any cost. Simply do not activate a paid subscription after the trial expires.
