SMTP Service for Trail Cameras — CamSMTP.ro
CamSMTP provides access to a dedicated SMTP server for transmitting images and notifications generated by trail cameras, via mobile data (GPRS/3G/4G) or internet. The service is provided by INCredibleIT, based in Romania.
2.1. Access is permitted only to users with a valid subscription.
2.2. Each user account can manage multiple SMTP accounts, one per camera.
2.3. The user is solely responsible for the security of their credentials.
2.4. The Provider may refuse or deactivate accounts created with false information.
2.5. Minimum age to use the service is 18 years.
3.1. Each SMTP account is associated with a single trail camera and billed separately.
3.2. Standard price: €1/month per SMTP account, billed monthly in advance.
3.3. Subscription renews automatically. Users may cancel anytime from the control panel.
3.4. Prices may change with 30 days notice by email or platform display.
3.5. Invoices are issued electronically to the registered email address.
4.1. Each SMTP account is licensed for one physical device only.
4.2. The Provider uses technical methods including: IP addresses, message structure, transmission frequency, SMTP protocol signatures.
4.3. Using one SMTP account from multiple devices is prohibited.
4.4. Non-compliant use may result in account suspension or termination.
5.1. Prohibited uses include: spam, illegal content, images of minors in inappropriate situations, any activity contrary to Romanian or EU law, unauthorized relaying.
5.2. Automated monitoring systems are applied to detect abusive behavior.
5.3. Message content is not read or permanently stored, except as required by law.
6.1. Accounts may be suspended for: breach of terms, non-payment, non-compliant use, fraudulent activity, authority requests.
6.2. No refund is guaranteed for suspension due to breach of terms.
6.3. Users may request account closure anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
7.1. The Provider targets 99% monthly availability, excluding planned maintenance.
7.2. Interruptions may occur for maintenance with at least 24 hours notice.
7.3. Message delivery is not guaranteed as it depends on external factors.
8.1. The Provider is not liable for: data loss, undelivered emails, service interruption damages, losses from credential misuse.
8.2. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee of the last calendar month.
9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable Romanian law.
9.2. Collected data is used exclusively for service provision, billing, and abuse prevention.
9.3. Users have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability. See Privacy Policy.
9.4. Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
10.1. Terms may be modified with 15 days notice by email or platform display.
10.2. Continued use after new terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
10.3. Users may terminate before changes take effect if they disagree.
11.1. These terms are governed by Romanian law.
11.2. Disputes will be resolved amicably within 30 days; otherwise Romanian courts have jurisdiction.
11.3. Consumer users may use the EU ODR platform.
