How CamSMTP delivers its services
CamSMTP is a digital service — a dedicated SMTP server for trail cameras. No physical products are shipped. Access is provided instantly after account activation.
After payment is confirmed, the SMTP credentials (server, port, username, password) are immediately available in your account dashboard. You will also receive a confirmation email at the registered address.
Service activation is immediate — within seconds of payment confirmation. In exceptional cases (technical issues), activation may take up to 24 hours. Support is available at contact@camsmtp.com.
To use the service you need:
BC INCREDIBLE I.T. SRL guarantees 99% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. In case of unplanned interruptions lasting more than 24 hours, a proportional compensation will be applied to the next invoice.
